We have cooperated with Ocean Grounds since 2019. We are an organic food restaurant in Taiwan, so the coffee we serve has to be organic as well. Ocean Grounds has provided us with customized organic coffee bean recipes for 4 years. With selected organic coffee beans, they always provided high quality coffee products at a reasonable price. Before cooperating with Ocean Grounds, our staff break room had a capsule coffee machine which caused many problems such as high cost, no after-sales service, and loss of supplies, etc. The freshly brewed coffee provided by Ocean Grounds has many advantages, e.g. easy cost control and comprehensive after-sales service, which greatly reduced the burden for our administrative staff and greatly increased the satisfaction of our staff with the coffee in the break room.
